CDR Participant Journey Map - Data Holder Workshop

Workshops The Data Standards Body (DSB) and the ACCC invite you to Sign Up for the CDR Participant Journey Map Virtual Workshops in August 2025. We’re proposing two workshop dates: Data Holder Workshop: Wednesday 13 August 2025 from 9:30 to 12:30 , Data Recipient Workshop: Wednesday 20 August 2025 from 9:30 to 12:30, If you're a CDR Vendor, Intermediary, SaaS provider, Aggregator, or Service Partner supporting or representing a Data Holder or a Data Recipient, you're warmly invited to join the workshop that best reflects the participant type your support.   The purpose of this virtual workshop is to validate the CDR participant journey maps that the DSB and ACCC have been co-developing. We will focus on the key touchpoints, activities, needs, pain points, and the types of support participants rely on or struggle with at different stages of their CDR journey.
