BRITISH ARE COMING ... AGAIN Car Show

Hosted by: Lewes Chamber of Commerce and British Car Club of Delaware. Field opens: 8:30 a.m. Summary: For the 30th year, the Lewes Chamber of Commerce and the British Car Club of Delaware are partnering to host the Lewes British Motorcar Show . The picturesque setting is the Lewes Ferry Terminal grounds next to the Delaware Bay. The show concludes with a parade through town, lead by the winning cars. This year's featured marques are Rolls Royce & Bentley. Summary: This special extended awareness week is a calling for all British car owners to get their machines out of the garage and onto the roads and byways throughout their little corner of the world, and give these timely classics of the past the exposure they deserve. While not only heightening the awareness of these somewhat forgotten vehicles of the past, they will help assure their preservation for many years to come for future enthusiasts to cherish. 30th Annual RED MILL BRITISH CAR DAY

Hosted by: Austin Healey Sports & Touring Club — North Jersey Region. Summary: The 30th Red Mill British Car Day at the historic Red Mill Museum Village moves to Sunday this year. With space for a display of 100 British cars and motorcycles, award classes will be determined by make and model of vehicles registered. In addition there will be a Best in Show and a People’s Choice Award based on the votes of spectators. There will also be a picnic basket competition. NORTH AMERICAN MGA REGISTER GT-50

Summary: The North American MGA Register holds its 50th annual national Get Together (GT) on the Lake Michigan shore, this year celebrating 70 years of the MGA.
