Guided by an ONC naturalist and in the company of fellow bird nerds, take a tour through 1.5 miles of walking trails meandering through the Nature Center. Learn about different species that migrate in and out of our region seasonally. The series will take you from winter through spring migration. Fly with the Flock Fun Run at Ogden Nature Center
Recreation
Runners and families are invited to enjoy a casual, fun, trail run and an outdoor pancake breakfast at the Ogden Nature Center.
The 5K course is two laps winding through 152 acres on dirt trails. The youngest runners can participate in a free, 100-foot kids dash with tree-cookie medals for every child who participates.
Runner packets may be picked up on May 9th from 9am until 4pm.
Day of registration starts at 6:30am. Race starts at 8:00am.
Please note that walkers will not be timed for medals, but are welcome and encouraged to participate. A pancake breakfast, awards, prizes, and kids' activities will follow the race on the back lawn of the Visitor Center.

The Ogden Downtown Alliance is excited to announce the return of Farmers Market Ogden to Historic 25th Street! The summer market spans three city blocks and runs for a 17-week season every Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 pm. starting May 24th through September 13th.
Farmers Market Ogden is a community-favorite event that showcases over 200 unique vendors from our region, including local farmers, growers, food producers, artisan makers, food trucks, and community organizations.

Lapidary
Lapidary is the art of forming cabochons (a polished gem) by cutting, grinding, and polishing stone, and/or gemstones. You will work with an instructor to help you learn how to do all of these cool things!
Mondays - Open Lab only 4-8pm- Open lab is $3 for members and $5 for non-members.
Tuesdays - 1st week - new students only
First Tuesday of the month only, 4-8 pm. $5, registration required.
2nd, 3rd, 5th sessions (#1 Session: 4-5:45pm & #2 Session: 6-7:45pm)

Silversmithing (Registration Required)
NEW students will work closely with an instructor to create a ring and a pendent. You are considered a "new student" until you complete two projects, both the ring and pendent. You will only do one project per month. Individuals who have graduated "NEW Student" status can participate in either Wednesday or Thursday classes.
Monthly Registration required for ALL students. You can only register for either the Wednesday or Thursday class. Each student is responsible for purchasing their own materials needed. Supply list located at the front desk and on our website.
Cost: $15 per session (3-week instructional class)
1st, 2nd, and 4th Wednesdays from 5-8pm (no 3rd week class)

Guitar Jammers
Like to sing and play guitar? Come to Open Jam every week where a group of our members get together to perform for each other playing their guitar and singing their selected song, each week the group picks a theme for the next week so that each person in the group can have a song that follows the selected theme. All skill levels and ages are welcome come to perform and have fun.
