Through class sessions, guest speakers, and applied learning exercises, the LEAD program develops the leadership qualities, skills, and attributes of Advancement’s emerging leaders while instilling our organizational values. LEAD cohort members are identified through nomination by their supervisors with the Advancement Executive Strategy Team involved in the final selection. Manager Fundamentals - Session 8
Manager Fundamentals is a nine-month training program for UA supervisors with 0-3 years of UA experience. The program cohort meets monthly on a Wednesday or Thursday. All training sessions are in-person at the UW Seattle campus. The People and Culture team will notify program participants in late August / early September of 2024.
